Oregon Web Designs is partnered with a web hosting company created for the sole purpose of providing a hosting solution that is not only reliable in the technical sense, but enables us to custom tailor hosting to our clients' specific needs. Our clients are not required to sign up for a particular 'package' of hosting, nor do they pay for features they do not need or want. As our clients' needs change, we simply add what they need. That could mean extra server space and bandwidth when their on-line business traffic exceeds their initial expectations. It could mean extra email accounts. It could mean a software package for a blog or photo gallery. Being able to offer custom tailored hosting to meet our clients' needs and wants enables us to offer that hosting at a lesser cost to Oregon Web Design clients. All hosting solutions are not created equal. We studied long and hard to balance requirements, capabilities, and costs before deciding to establish our own hosting company. We also made the decision not to offer hosting to the public at large. Our solution is available exclusively to the web design community.
We, at Oregon Web Designs, also realize that clients may have established hosting before they come to us. Part of our initial analysis includes looking at those hosting solutions and making recommendations based on what we know to be our potential clients' requirements. Current hosting could well satisfy the goals of their web presence. In that case, we are happy to work with current hosting. In cases where we see obstacles to a successful website, we will be straightforward with our recommendations.
